  • Self entitled ads

The first 15 minutes of the podcast are all about ads and Melanie putting herself on a pedestal. The second part is shooting the breeze about nothing I care about there may be three minutes. Of true information about intermittent fasting. This podcast bites the dust. It was way better before with Jenn Stevens. I could listen to a podcast with her all day which I do, but this one would be better. Minus these host and add Jenn Stevens.

  • I can't stand Melanie's dry mouth sounds. Eat something! Or at least sip some calorie free water

Every time I try to listen to this podcast and this has been going on for years, starving herself Melanie has that horrible dry mouth striving for saliva sound that is so disgusting I can't listen to it for more than a second.

  • Best pairing so far!

I’ve been listening for a couple of years now and I think Barry and Melanie are the best pairing yet! They are both super nice and have a very good rapport. Their banter is often quite amusing and their topics and discussions are enlightening and entertaining. The part where they pick a restaurant and do virtual dining is very entertaining! Best cohost since Gin! Even slightly better, I think - I find myself chuckling often while in my car driving to and from work (which is the majority of my... more

  • Enjoying the evolution of this podcast!

I started from the very beginning of this podcast sometime in 2021 and enjoyed it so much I binged every single episode, and have now followed the show through all the various cohosts, who’ve all brought a different focus to the podcast which I really appreciated. The evolution of topics and format for the podcast has been interesting and continues to keep me listening after all this time and I’m glad Melanie and Barry are continuing to bring new studies and findings.
