  • Let the fasters tell their own whole stories rather than interjecting random questions

There is so much good about this podcast, but the episodes where the host has the faster write out and read their entire story start to finish are so much more interesting because when the interviewer interacts with the subject, he doesn't seem to be listening to what they're saying and just has a set list of questions he is planning to ask and they are not the most interesting Questions that you want the answers to! So I prefer the other format and no interruptions of questions from the host. T... more

  • Great book, Podcast are not so great!

Sadly disappointed in the podcast after reading such a great inspirational book. The guests just seem to be reading off a script. It’s like listening to kids reading out loud at school. We need to hear more interaction between Graeme and his guests. It needs to be more fun and interesting and less boring and people droning on. The whole format needs changing. Sorry to be negative but I’m on the verge of eating a bag of jelly beans rather than being inspired to fast and eat healthily.

  • YMMV on Newer Episdoe

I like early episodes where the hosts and interviewees are focused on their own journey. Not only the episode is boring and formulaic now, more importantly, the tone has changed somewhat on recent episodes when it was brought up on “others.” Early on the host was very good in mentioning that not all fat people are unhappy and want to lose weight, and it’s none of his business to preach, but that is somehow lost now. A lady on a recent episode brought up someone else’s diet (her friends, actually... more
