I am Graeme Currie from Western Australia author of the best seller The Fasting Highway it can be found on Amazon in both Kindle and Paperback. I am a person who lost 60 kg (132 pounds) and successfully kept it off. I will tell you exactly how I did it, and what it is like to live an intermittent fasting lifestyle. I cover my journey, about an ordinary Australian bloke who has found a way to lose weight that is sustainable. Along the way, I found some amazing health benefits as well. I interview dozens of others, who wanted to try it for themselves and have had similar success.

Gosh I stumbled across your show a few months ago. I’m in New Zealand and started intermittent fasting about a year ago. Whenever I need some inspiration I listen to your stories. Its so great to hear of some fellow NZ’s and Australians doing IF. Sometimes I feel like the only one compared to USA sites. I love how you keep it all so relatable. Keep up the great work.
We started listening to this podcast for inspiration because Graeme has achieved such great results- but then every episode became so repetitive ; the same questions asked, the same anecdotes, literally almost word for word. The people he interviews are interesting but there needs to be some variation in the commentary to keep people engaged and for us to continue following.
I have listened to all of the podcasts. Educational and inspiring.
