  • Too much of anything…

Good show with good info but can’t get used to so many shows per day. They’re short and to the point but have too many ads. Plus worse of all the ads are too loud they blow your ears out since they pop up suddenly.

Q: What is the best food to eat if you have a genetic mutation for breast cancer?
Cruciferous vegetables are highlighted as the most potent long-term protective foods due to their ability to inhibit aromatase, balance estrogen, and activate detoxification genes. The host also notes that sprouts can provide similar benefits in smaller portions.
Dr. Berg's Live Show - March 24, 2023
Q: If women have a genetic mutation for breast cancer, why do some women get cancer and others don't?
The host explains that while genetics play a role, epigenetics—lifestyle and environment—can strongly influence cancer risk, with factors like diet, stress, and mindset capable of shifting risk. He emphasizes the importance of changing lifestyle early to potentially bring risk factors down significantly, regardless of gene status.

Yes, it is possible to slow aging, and there are devices that can measure biological age of arteries and the aorta to monitor progress, along with lifestyle factors like fasting and exercise that influence aging.
The Dr. Berg Show LIVE - March 10, 2023
Q: What is the best trace mineral to help regulate estrogen in the body?
Iodine, particularly in the form of sea kelp or kelp-derived supplements, can help regulate estrogen levels, and iodine supports broader hormonal balance beyond thyroid health.

Q: The best way to get someone to stick to a new healthy lifestyle is through education. True or false?
The host indicates education is important but not sufficient; many people know what to do yet fail to act due to environment and cravings, so behavior change and environment are crucial.
