  • Starting to feel out of touch and repetitive

I used to really enjoy listening but ever since the rebrand it kind of feels like it’s all about skin care, procedures and supplements that the average person can’t afford on a regular basis. Starting to feel a little more vain and less whole body health.

  • Seems like a mean girl

Disappointing that she claims to be someone who is service focused and a good person but seems like not a nice person when you read between the lines. Always Talking weirdly about people’s looks and then mentioning her friends fat on the mascero episode? I feel like she’d be the type to not be friends with someone if they had wrinkles or weren’t hot

  • best wellness podcast out there

Arielle’s podcast is beyond my favorite podcast to listen to. Every week she delivers invaluable information about all things wellness. She’s an incredibly thorough and thoughtful interviewer and always asks the questions that pop into my head as I listen. This podcast has changed the way I think about wellness and the way I view myself. I never thought I would be a podcast person but I find myself so excited to go for a walk and listen every week.

  • Well, time for me to unfollow!

This used to be one of my favorite podcasts for years. I had appreciated Arielle’s array of smart guests, real conversations, and her thoughtfully researched questions.

Now “Well” might as well be called “Well, let’s rehash Arielle’s Botox reaction story for the 100th time.” The guest lineup has shifted from credible wellness experts to out-of-touch solo episodes where she vapidly brushes off how much privilege has shaped her “success.”

Worse, ever since her “rebrand” most solo episodes feel ... more

  • Insufferable

Sometimes she has guests that could offer some good insight but the host always finds a way to redirect the conversation back to herself. If you’re here to hear about Arielles reaction to Botox then this podcast is for you. But if you’re generally interested in new research or wellness trends there are a million other podcasts that are better researched and hosted by someone less obsessed with themselves.
