I used to learn a lot from episodes. Now, it’s word salad justifying her lifestyle. She’s growing more out of touch and has become pretty vapid. Inevitable I guess with the collection of yes people around her (case in point, her best friend who just hosted?) to echo back how courageous and perfect and brilliant she and her podcast is. It’s more disappointing than anything as she used to come off pretty driven, but clearly pursuing that degree and going back to school was all talk.
I am a big fan, but her guests have been so boring recently, feels like we’re really out to randoms now rather than experts. Focus on the fundamentals: body strength, brain health, female health.
Loved this show but it’s gone really down hill since the rebrand. Most episodes are so boring… the most recent one was completely misinformed about endo. I feel for her but like… Those of us who have it do not want to hear more misinformation regarding a very important and deeply destructive disease. It does not come from the ovaries…. Jesus.
Hearing the same info you’d find all over TikTok regurgitated from different people is becoming very annoying. I don’t care to hear someone’s thoughts on Pilates who’s never done it or not trained it.
Your voice is like buttttter. I also just live your topics and your approach on things. When I watch on YouTube I love how into the conversations you are
