  • All episodes sound the same

I feel like 80%+ of the episodes are about the same topic: skin and fitness. These are great topics but are becoming so repetitive, like there is only so much a human can do lol

The good thing about learning about ‘Well’ this late in the piece is that I’ve got soooo many eps to go back and listen to. Loved it 😊

  • Not wowed

Had to turn off the Alyssa Lynch episode, who is this person? Took nothing away from her- she wasn’t an expert -after looking at her Instagram page I was not impressed with her lifestyle at all. Clearly she is her own biggest fan with no expertise. I usually love the show but was disappointed with this one.
