  • Who is the guest??

I really wanted to love this podcast, trying out for the first time the 12/31/25 episode. It was an end of the year review on wellness. The information the male guest host was giving was terrific but because Arielle never introduced him or put his name in the notes, as a listener we don’t know or have a frame of reference from where he speaks. Why not include it?

I was truly excited for this episode but instead it felt like someone venting their feelings about the current administration, spewing some false facts and with a side of telling you to wear sunscreen.

Usually love episodes but this one feels off brand

  • Decent

If you can get past the vocal- fry from many of the guests (and all ads) you’ll enjoy. Arielle is a bit self-obsessed and definitely targets a specific demographic… But she’s sweet and her own voice is calming. I love her solos and stories😘

  • GET OUT OF LA

You got MCAS from Botox toxin spread, you are systemically poisoning yourself and risking your life with every further injection. Get out of the toxic world you live in (LA) that is telling women they need to poison themselves to be accepted. What matters more in this life is what’s on the inside, and how we help other people. You could’ve been such an amazing advocate for those of us who have been so thoroughly poisoned by Botox. You spoke to us, you know we exist and you KNOW our suffering. Th... more

I absolutely love this podcast for the variety of topics under the umbrella of wellness. Arielle truly delivers on every aspect and topic. She tackles everything from building a capsule wardrobe to overrated and underrated beauty trends to financial, spiritual, and mental alignment and so much more. She provides her guests a platform to fully express themselves. She has a great “radio voice” and I find listening to her quite calming. Her honesty and candor is truly endearing.
