really enjoy this podcast, especially the solo episodes! just started listening to this recently and have been enjoying it so far.
I used to genuinely enjoy this podcast, but over the past year (since she married a rich guy, her main life goal) it’s become increasingly hard to listen to. Elizabeth now comes across as deeply out of touch, uneducated and largely unrelatable. More concerning, many of her claims about human health are simply incorrect and directly contradict well-established clinical research. She regularly uses scientific-sounding terminology in a way that suggests experience, but on closer listening it’s clea... more
Her lack of self awareness and understanding of human health, medicine and chronic illness is alarming considering the content of this podcast. For example calling chronic Lyme disease a scam, chalking everything up to nervous system regulation, and acting as though having extr... more
This podcast has expanded my thinking about what it means to be well. The guests are top notch and Elizabeth’s interview style is one of my favorites. Her voice is so calming and her questions are so thought provoking. This has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts!!
Elizabeth makes me feel like having what I desire is all possible! I love the health, I love the manifestation episodes. The solos are awesome. I’d love to continue hearing more about your manifestation work!!! I love the spirituality aspect too. Thank you! So fun to see your vision board too.
