    I used to genuinely enjoy this podcast, but over the past year (since she married a rich guy, her main life goal) it’s become increasingly hard to listen to. Elizabeth now comes across as deeply out of touch, uneducated and largely unrelatable. More concerning, many of her claims about human health are simply incorrect and directly contradict well-established clinical research.     Her lack of self awareness and understanding of human health, medicine and chronic illness is alarming considering the content of this podcast. I can appreciate her own individual healing journey and how aspects of it may help or inspire some people but she lacks empathy and is misinformed about so much.
