Please stop making weird sounds and let the speaker speak!!! Your space-filler noises make the listener uncomfortable and the noises are weird. Please stay silent so we can enjoy the good info. Thank you
The Wellness Process with Elizabeth has been life changing for me. I’ve been struggling with my mental health since I was young and listening to these episodes has opened my eyes to self care routines that have significantly impacted my daily life. It has also made me feel like I’m not alone in this world when it comes to mental health struggles. TWP is now part of my self care routine and I look forward to learning with every episode.
Was obsessed with you and your pod for years!! Gah. It was very disappointing to hear you indicate you and others with platforms aren’t qualified to speak on moral issues and basic human rights and decency. Every human with any ounce of empathy and awareness of “right vs wrong” is qualified to speak up about what’s happening.
Please let the interviewer speak and don’t mhmm & moan while they talk. It makes it very difficult to listen and makes it uncomfortable.
