absolutely love The Wellness Process! Every episode is so insightful and inspiring. I really appreciate how she brings in personal aspects from her own life - her past, present, and real experiences - alongside her deep, hands-on knowledge. It makes every topic feel relatable and meaningful, and I always learn something new about wellness and about her journey. She’s so motivating and authentic, it’s such a joy to listen to her podcast each time!
I gave The Wellness Process a try, but unfortunately, it didn’t resonate with me.
It didn’t take too many episodes to realize that the podcast seems to target a very affluent, privileged audience. (Not to mention it was hard to ignore the frequent mentions of "my house in the Hamptons.”)
Overall, the content felt surface-level, and I struggled to find any meaningful connection or impactful guidance.
Idk this is turning into a podcast for her own fulfillment. I’m not sure she’s trying to help people.
have been loving this podcast so much
too many advertisement. i was really looking forward to listen about neuroscience but it took away my focus. who wouldnt? they talk about self-love then an ad pops up and talks about a supplement… :( my first time to have so many ads in just one episode. feels like the host really needs money tbh.
