Was obsessed with you and your pod for years!! Gah. It was very disappointing to hear you indicate you and others with platforms aren’t qualified to speak on moral issues and basic human rights and decency. Every human with any ounce of empathy and awareness of “right vs wrong” is qualified to speak up about what’s happening.
Please let the interviewer speak and don’t mhmm & moan while they talk. It makes it very difficult to listen and makes it uncomfortable.
Creating an Instagram reel to beg people to feel sorry that you don’t want to speak up for the vulnerable or for human rights and then disabling comments because it was perceived negatively tells me so much about who you are. I only recently discovered Elizabeth’s podcast and am really loving it so far! I’m actually going through health discovery at the moment following an injury so it’s great to hear about alternatives to the normal medical routes. It’s really interesting and reassuring to hear that there are options!
Don’t get me started on how Eliz freely gives nutrition and fitness advice that she has NO qualifications for but somehow speaking up against injustice, racism, genocide is not your field? Disgusted that I ever even followed her.
