  • Uptalk is hard to listen to

I like the episodes when other people are being interviewed but can’t listen to solo episodes or when it’s just the two of them because the uptalk is unbearable.

Sami Clarke Q+A: Single in Your 30s, Feeling Behind & Getting Your Sparkle Back
Q: How are you navigating your single era in your 30s?
I'm treating singleness as a deliberate, empowering prep period. I focus on learning who I am, choosing what I want for my future, and trusting that the right partner will appear when I'm most authentic and aligned. There are ebbs and flows, but I lean into self-love, maintain faith, and keep showing up as my truest self.
Sami Clarke and Hannah Eve on Finding Yourself on the Other Side of Heartbreak
Q: How did the process of scripting and visualization influence her manifestation of a dream relationship?
Scripting helped shift focus from scarce fear to a felt sense of possibility, allowing her to align actions with that vision while recognizing the need to detach from a specific person and cultivate the feeling of the relationship rather than fixating on a particular partner.
Sami Clarke and Hannah Eve on Finding Yourself on the Other Side of Heartbreak
Q: What lessons did Hannah learn during that time to get to where she is now?
She learned to stop reacting with ultimatums, to repair rather than win an argument, to communicate with compassion, and to view breakups as catalysts for growth and learning rather than endings.
Live from the CoFounder Workshop: The Practice Journal + Q&A
Q: How do you reflect back when you've been journaling for a long time?
You can put it in your calendar to reflect and tap back into your journals; it's a personal choice whether you look back or prefer to stay present.
Live from the CoFounder Workshop: The Practice Journal + Q&A
Q: Do you have any tips around how to make journaling come more naturally?
Show up exactly as you are, know that every single day with you setting the intention of wanting to get to know yourself is more than enough.
