The fact that they had Deepak Chopra on after he was named in the Epstein files is insane. I could never support a show that supports predators in that way.
Some decent guests on this show, but it’s so cringe when Lauren repeatedly uses words words wrong. It’s hard to take the entire show seriously after hearing her talk. So much second hand embarrassment. Case in point: when she said Boz “eludes” confidence instead of “exudes.” And went on to say the word 5 more times. Girl…
I used to like this show more and I do really enjoy many of the guests and the knowledge they drop. But I feel like lately all I’m listening to is sponsored ads and it’s a real turn off. I would appreciate more balance… More interview time, less ad time
This used to be my all time favorite show!!! I’m so bummed because I miss some of the things that weren’t so serious. I love learning and totally get wanting to share all the knowledge but I also would appreciate some fun. I haven’t listened to a full episode in so long because it feels like I’m just turning on the news or an ig ad. I miss listening to Lauren and Michael’s funny banter! Please mix in some less serious!
I like the variety of this show especially when addressing how to be healthier or make healthier choices
