What in the world is going on with the video making the episode literally unplayable!!
I had to change my review due to their content change and the major lag in their podcast.

I’ve been listening for YEARS I have learned so many things I think both Lauren and Michael are great hosts. I love the broad range of topics especially the health and wellness episodes. Michael needs to focus more on interviewing the guests rather than interviewing him... more
I’ve been listening to your show for years and love it. I also really enjoy the addition of video.
One thing though is that when I’m outside the video download is so heavy, it creates interruptions. It would be great to have the option to switch the video off and listen the audio.
Thanks for all the work you put into the show!
Love the show always ! But I want to let you know that lately it keeps getting cut off while talking constantly I couldn’t listen to the whole episode because it just kept cutting out
