I’ve followed MWH for years and it changed me in more positive ways than I can count. Listening to Melissa’s story in the first episode changed me again. Our stories are different, but they are the same. I feel like I am benefiting from the work she’s done, understanding myself in a new way. Thank you, Melissa.
Melissa brings *everything* back to her. I listen to a ton of podcasts. I have never heard an ‘interviewer’ talk so much about themselves. She really needs to reflect on her purpose here. Is it to talk about herself or to hear from her guests? The host should not be doing the majority of the talking.
As I navigate my early thirties shedding my people pleasing and uncovering how to embrace authority, autonomy, all the things; I feel that these conversations are like having a best friend who’s thoughts and exploration of self are along the journey with me. A truly refreshing and grounding moment in my day; lacking the pretentious air many podcasts fall into, and providing a soft vulnerability to feeling like my experience of life is shared by other souls. Just lovely ❤️
Giggler here, that was a fantastic episode, I wrote down so many of hannah’s nuggets and identified with you and Paige. Tyyy🫶
This host has a lot of recycled, unoriginal ideas, not anything particularly riveting.
