I love you and your podcast. The episode with Sabrina makes people feel bad :( I’m sure all of us listening are into wellness and clean eating, but don’t have nannies who prep and go to the farmers market for us. And talking about carrots from the grocery store as though they’re bad? It’s all too much.
I listen to podcasts all the time and the episode with Eitan Yardeni was so incredible I had to stop mid way to leave a review. This episode was the best podcast episode I have ever listened to. Thank you both so much for taking the time to record this and share with us!! It’s truly a life changing listen. <3
I love all the episodes, but I recently I have especially been loving the short solo episodes. They are the perfect way to start the morning! Something about Melissa‘s energy is so calm and grounding.

I wouldn’t take health advice from anyone who doesn’t support making New York City more affordable for all. Health and socioeconomic status are linked. Something a “health expert” should know. Wellness gurus who only want health for the wealthy are disingenuous fraudsters.
