  • Great resource. 🙏

As a relative newcomer to trails and being a bloke of a certain age, I’ve gained so much from this series. Listening, as I trot around the Hobart hills, to folk who run far and often, has helped me get better, normalise my fears and aspirations, and increase my enjoyment of running, not just of ‘having been for a run’.

Thanks Michelle for curating such a fascinating bunch.

  • You need to check out her mindful moments series!

I just adore her mindful moments series! When I’m feeling overwhelmed or a creative block, it’s so great to open up one of them and get an inspirational idea or a way that I can tap into being more grounded and mindful in that moment. Highly recommend the bubble bath one! Because I just love bubble baths, and a good excuse to take one. 😜
