  • Good Not Great

Most of the show is solid. Finn and his guests (especially panel conversations) lean too much into their liberal beta male agenda, and often come off as a misinformed.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Rachel Entrekin | 2026 Cocodona 250 Post-Race Interview
Q: What was your reaction to the media explosion after Cocodona?
It's humbling and wild, but I want to keep the focus on the sport and the story of perseverance, not the spectacle.
Rachel Entrekin | 2026 Cocodona 250 Post-Race Interview
Q: How did Elden shape your mindset and performance this year?
Elden has a long history for me; this year I approached it positively with no negativity, using pace, support, and mindset to stay strong and intentional through the climb.
Rachel Entrekin | 2026 Cocodona 250 Post-Race Interview
Q: What was the biggest strategic takeaway from Cocodona 250 this year?
Get rid of the spreadsheets; listen to the body and run what you can when you can, rather than sticking to a rigid plan that might over-constrain you.
Courtney Dauwalter: Chianti Pivot, Marathon Lessons + Cocodona Redemption
Q: How did the experience of racing a marathon influence your Ultra strategy for Cocodona, especially in terms of pacing and fueling?
Road marathon experience offered a new perspective on steady-state pacing, fueling, and mental discipline, which translated into more predictable energy management and a willingness to push the pace when the time was right during the longer, multi-day race.
Courtney Dauwalter: Chianti Pivot, Marathon Lessons + Cocodona Redemption
Q: What prompted the shift from Tenerife to Chianti, and how did you evaluate the decision in real time?
The decision emerged from ongoing weather concerns on Tenerife and the practicalities of safety; we weighed reroutes and alternate races, ultimately prioritizing a viable race option that could fit into the training plan and travel logistics.
