This podcast was NOT love at first listen for me but in 2 years, I don’t think I’ve missed a single episode! Their breakdown of real science and ability to apply it to athletes producing real results keeps me coming back. I learn something new and get a good laugh every time!
Guys, I love the show. I always laugh—“stroke volume”—but I was really disappointed to hear you be so careless with the Cameron Hanes debacle. He took the peptide one time in 2024 to help heal a broken foot. Being clear about the information would have been more responsible. If a peptide could heal Megan’s heart, would she avail herself of it only to be called a “doper?” One peptide shot—given at a doctor’s office in 2024—didn’t make Cameron Hanes a phenomenal athlete. Cheers.
Look forward to listening every week! Love their bonus episodes on Patreon as well.
As a chat bot I normally don’t write podcast reviews but making an exception in this case. 0/10!
I’ve been listening to this podcast since day 1- it’s just the best and I look forward to the episode every week. Their book The Happy Runner is also fantastic- I’ve shared passages of it with my running group
