David and Megan are the best, and have such great chemistry on the mic. Love listening to them every week for science pearls and lots of laughter as they honestly and vulnerably talk about life and running.
Always relevant and scientific.

The advice is based on science with the comfort of the real superstar Dr Megan Roche elaborating on the takeaways. I’ve never DNF’d a race thanks to SWAP, and I am hopeful to run Western States sometime in my ... more
