This is always my go to podcast for any time of the day. On a run. Washing dishes. Driving to work. I look forward to the new ones and re-listen to many of the guest ones I find helpful with my own running journey. LOVE the dedication to science and elevating women’s experiences on and off trail. You’re doing amazing girls!
Returning to update my review. I’ve learned sooo much from this podcast. I was barely hanging on by a thread when the iron deficiency episode popped up. Through listening to that episode I learned I had almost no ferritin which is why I was falling asleep at my desk! I just finished the most recent episode with Jill, I’d love for her to be a recurring guest on this show. Keep up the good work!
Awesome coverage of events & personalities. Important coverage of women’s athletic topics by women.
I like this show overall but I really wish they would stop with the medical school talk. It does not apply to my life and I do not care.
Returning to write a second review after listening for over two years. I really love this podcast. I love the hosts. They are educated strong female athletes who advocate for each other and for everyone who identifies as an athlete. I have learned so much from them. I ran my first 50 K after listening for only a few months. Their point of view on fueling has been pivotal for me as an athlete. I am fitter and stronger than eating more and enjoying life more than I ever have at 43 years old thanks... more
