I have really tried to listen to this podcast many times but it’s just not a winner. The hosts are very focused on themselves and their limited world of elite ultrarunning in the western part of North America. It doesn’t feel like a sportscast type show either because the coverage of Western states was lame and lacking in breadth. They focused on what they did that day and not all the interesting things that happened. They vibe like spoiled sorority sisters. Their most recent podcast is just ann... more
I’ve been listening to the Trail Network Podcast since the beginning and I just love the stories these women share, their enthusiasm for our sport and how much they support us, even the non-elite runners. Their guests are fabulous and some of my favorite episodes are when they’re all chatting or interviewing each other. Thanks for continuing to show up for the community!
Huge fan of you all- thank you for taking time to record a podcast!!
I love listening to The Trail Network Pod so much. I appreciate you touching on nuanced topics like balancing being a woman/athlete/and considering starting a family. I also appreciate the bits of wisdom around training hard despite working shift work in health care. I always walk away feeling like I had a cup of tea with the besties, and motivated to train.
Iconic episode with Claire and Brittany. Just WOW! Beautiful pod. I’m so happy other people in this world love to run long and weep at the bravery of others… 🙂
