  • What a relief!

I’m another late-diagnosed ADHD, late-life (66) female, and this podcast has been my go-to to help me navigate the grief, overwhelm and millions of questions I have about my ADHD. It’s also been great to share my insights (and the accompanying episodes) with my husband, friends, family, and my ADHD tribe. Thanks Alex! You’ve been a life-saver.

  • The odd guest can ruin it.

Des Rocks was inaccurate (neuro-beige), offensive at times. She obviously has an issue with anyone who is undiagnosed. It felt like scrapping the barrel on guests and was very uninspiring…a let down to the pod which usually does far better.
