I loved hearing about a side of RSD that I never heard before, and that was a woman’s point of view when she reacted when she wasn’t wasn’t listened to, or opinion wasn’t trusted, or wasn’t felt appreciated enough.

I love your podcast very much and I have learned so much. I am a 48 yr old woman diagnosed with ADHD 2 yrs ago. When experts talk about how women experience ADHD it’s great but I don’t identify with that as I have combined type. I was the hyperactive little girl and people don’t seem to talk about that very often, only about little boys.
This has to be the best ADHD podcast I’ve ever listened to, thank you Alex, your episodes have made my life with RSD so so so so so so so so much easier. If I could give you 6 stars I would without hesitation. Thank you. 11/10
Early episodes of this podcast were great and very relatable, and Alex seemed to show a genuine interest in the lives of his guests.
Now it just seems like one big advert for his book, with RSD pushed heavily at every opportunity in a very unbalanced way. The style of questioning backs guests into corners rather than allowing them to lead the narrative which would be more useful.
