This has to be the best ADHD podcast I’ve ever listened to, thank you Alex, your episodes have made my life with RSD so so so so so so so so much easier. If I could give you 6 stars I would without hesitation. Thank you. 11/10
Early episodes of this podcast were great and very relatable, and Alex seemed to show a genuine interest in the lives of his guests.

I’m going through a diagnosis and realisation of my (au)dhd at the moment and have found this podcast helpful, although the over the top what I suspect is an AI generated intro gives me the heeby jeebies and the relentless promotion of the TIMO app (which is also ans AI helper) turns me off, sorry if I trigger some RSD but it makes me feel like a capitalist product of big tech

His advice that “yesterday’s au... more
