  • 5 stars are not enough!

I’ve read the ADHD brain uses more mental energy than a neurotypical brain, but I wasn’t fully convinced until Kristen taught me to take notice of my ADHD symptoms in the moment and to just observe them with curiosity. Through self-reflection, prayer, journaling, therapy, medication, podcasts, and research (also all encouraged by Kristen), I’ve been able to build more self-compassion, positive self-talk, the ability to let go of guilt & shame from the past, and move forward remembering to give m... more

  • Not too late

Love it all. So helpful. Listening to the stuck one. I am also in my 50’s and have started a million different things and never finished. I finally got a real job and 10 years later I got diagnosed with an illness and am off work on disability for 2 years. This is giving me the time to face what I really want to do but I have told myself it was too late. I have not been very productive at all. This call with your listener was really helpful. I am taking baby steps towards figuring this out.

  • Incredibly helpful & concise!

Thank you Kristen for your work in this space! The podcast has been so helpful to me in understanding my brain and how to work with it instead of against it AND instead of feeling shame for things that are out of my control. HUGE!!! I love how well researched yet to-the-point the episodes are. Clear, concise, insightful, and full of the kindness we sometimes forget to show ourselves.
