    ADHD and Dyslexia episode has really hit a cord with me. I’m only just realising this is me- I’m 42! I’m am listening to Kate’s podcasts everyday I find the content and your voice very calming. I already feel like a HUGE weight has been lifted to know this is likely the reason for my lifelong struggles. I also feel empowered already to be able to advocate for myself and start asking for some support in my workplace whilst I am navigating what to do next. Thank you.
