  • I Got Real Lucky

I’ve never been a podcast person but I knew I needed to manage my ADHD differently, so I looked up podcasts to try something new. I found this one first, and loved it. I went to explore other ADHD podcasts and I can’t put my finger on it, but this podcast is supreme in every way.

Thank you for doing this William! It’s helping me so much!

  • Enlightening + Enriching

Thoughtful & researched-informed conversations. Inspiring my ADHD curiosity! Big help! Dx @63 in 2020. I was relieved initially, then moved on when meds & info. didn’t make ‘big enough’ impact.

Thankfully, back to try again & already seeing a way to gain real traction. Want to learn to have more fun, grace & peace with who I (really) am, when I’m not ‘managing myself to fit in with others.;-)

The editing of this pod has been on the decline. I always think it’s my device or cellular connection causing skips but it’s just sloppy editing.

  • Smart, Focused, Helpful

I’ve listened to a lot of ADHD podcasts, watched videos, read books and beyond as a late diagnosed ADHDer but your podcast stands out at the top even after listening to just a few episodes. Not sure exactly why but I think your content is incredibly timely, relevant, factual, helpful AND engaging. You’re hitting all the right notes. Thank you!

  • Let your guest speak

This bloke is the most frustrating person ever - yes we know you have adhd - so do we …that’s why we are here. Shut up talking about yourself and let your guest share their wisdom. Listened at 1.5 speed to 3 episodes and he is SO annoying. Don’t bother until you want to deep dive into someone else’s life and condition. Bad bad bad - selfish, boring and a quite frustrating experience.
