  • Finally - reality…..

There are so many “self help” and “understanding ADHD” resources but ADHD is incredibly personal. One size only fits one person.

These bite sized pieces of gold are not designed to be the be all and end all and “fix” your ADHD. These are real world bites that help with all sorts of things. Stuff to put in your tool box. You may not remember them all but it is so easy to come back to and relisten.

    Thank you

  • This Podcast Helped Me Stop Fighting My Brain

The latest episode, “You Don’t Need to Earn Your Rest,” is outstanding. It reframed something I have struggled with for years and did so in a way that was practical, compassionate, and immediately applicable. It wasn’t just validating; it was grounding, and it changed how I think about productivity and burnout in real time.

What really sets this podcast apart, though, is its consistency. Every single episode I’ve listened to has given me something useful: a new perspective, a strategy I can act... more

  • Helpful, Eye-Opening, Inspiring

I was diagnosed with ADHD combined-type at the age of 25 in February 2025. I struggled with my self-identity after I was diagnosed, because I only knew the stereotypical symptoms of ADHD that I didn’t have.

After figuring out that I didn’t have a clear direction of how to work with my ADHD instead of against it, I decided to give this podcast a try (the cover had pretty colors on it).

I find the guests, tips, and peer-reviewed research very insightful and often find myself saying “I do that!” w... more

Hacking the Limbic System's Spending Habits with Christine Lane
Q: What are some of the most helpful strategies for working with ADHD in money management?
Christine discusses prioritizing external systems over relying on willpower, using a Four-Bucket Banking System to separate money for bills, variable expenses, periodic costs, and emergencies, and implementing friction in spending (such as cash-like tools or limiting easy spending options). She emphasizes forecasting, visualization, and simplifying choices to reduce cognitive load, along with coaching support to tailor these systems to individual brains.
No Pain, All Gain: Somatic Healing with the Workout Witch Liz Tenuto
Q: Tell me a little bit about what the somatic practice is.
Somatic practice uses simple, tiny movements to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and improve mind-body connection, which helps reduce chronic stress and improve sleep and focus for ADHD.
Sticks, Stones, and Systemic Issues: The ADHD Bullying Study with Brooke Schnittman
Q: Tell us a little bit about the study about bullying here.
The survey relied on self-identified adults with ADHD, 18 and older, who answered direct questions about whether they experienced bullying in childhood or adulthood, and also provided qualitative descriptions. The data revealed high rates of bullying across the lifespan, with detailed breakdowns by childhood and workplace environments, and highlighted the role of power imbalances and the ways those dynamics play out in real life.
The ADHD Field Guide with Cate Osborn and Erik Gude
Q: How do you handle misinformation and sensational claims about ADHD?
The goal is to provide peer-reviewed, accurate information in an accessible format, debunking myths (like vitamin C affecting Adderall) and offering readers critical media literacy to evaluate claims.
The ADHD Field Guide with Cate Osborn and Erik Gude
Q: What makes this book different from other ADHD books?
It's designed to meet readers where they are, with clear definitions, inclusive experiences, and a structure that supports various journeys from early to late diagnoses, rather than presenting a single narrative.
