    I am really enjoying this podcast, episodes are not too long but packed with juicy nuggets of wisdom. It can be super isolating being a manager that struggles to manage my own time, get started or gets easily get distracted and forgets what they were doing in first place! It can seem that everyone else is finding it so easy and yet why am I finding simple things are getting in my way of doing this well!!!   • Get to the point, man!!!

    Have only listened to a handful of episodes, but holy crap dude. Use a script or an outline. In the latest episode I listened to, he is truly just rambling for a full 5.5 minutes before he says “and as they say in show business…without further ado…let’s get to the…” and then he still has more preamble. more
