I’m just getting started but I’m so glad I didn’t miss out on this. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
“ADHD and” is awesome but goes too fast for me to keep up. I have to constantly pause and go back 15 seconds to relisten. Given this is for people with slow processing, I would like it to be designed for us to digest. The content is so good it’s worth the frustration.

This podcast helps me feel understood and important, not to mention I feel like I’m in control of my ADHD, and not the other way around, I can understand myself a lot better thanks to this! :D
Short, sweet, and to the point — just what I need! Dr J is what’s up! Love her straightforward approach. Thank you.
Thank y’all so much for making a pod that helps me to understand myself better. I would love to hear more stories about overcoming more significant struggles with comorbid diagnoses - depression and anxiety are two big ones that come to mind, and autism (not me but ik a lot of people struggle with this one too).
