  • Always Good

I really appreciate Tracy’s work & this podcast but almost didn’t listen to Amy Marie Hann (Mastering the Mundane) because I’m not a parent. I’m so glad I didn’t skip it- The discussion around structure, boredom, & how so many women procrastinate by doing what they think is productive/useful/needed for others, versus what’s most important to the quality & success of their own lives was so helpful. It explained in minutes decades of behavior patterns that have frustrated & derailed me. Thank you... more

  • Great episode!

Love this speaker and Tracy is incredible as usual. She’s such a great interviewer and so smart. But I love the guest. Because she really explained why people love New York City so much and made me want to move there or at least come to visit her! Plus the dating - God bless her for being so intrepid. Her book sounds interesting.

  • I’m glad some people like it

Personally, I don’t find that this podcast is affirming to my experience of neurodivergence. It feels a little too akin to toxic positivity and reinforces the medical model of disability, which can be very detrimental to our community. I’m glad it seems to be helpful to some women, but it’s not for me.

  • On the AI Interview

    Tracy Otsuka’s Podcast on AI

I can hear a lot of passion in her guest (Muxin Li)’s voice.

I would just mention a couple of things. Muxin’s slight speech impediment (not pronouncing L’s or th’s intermittently, struggling with enunciation generally) is distracting as a guest, and I think some basic speech coaching could really help her be more successful as a speaker.

Secondly, the average listener knows what a synchronicity is, it’s a commonly used term.

Thirdly, Muxin is using chat gpt/AI... more

  • Finally feel seen

Tracy, discovering your podcast earlier this year felt like a life raft. As someone diagnosed at 30, I was craving validation and real-life examples that didn't make me feel like I needed to "fix" myself to succeed. Every episode makes me feel less alone and more empowered. You've built something truly special here—thank you for helping me fall in love with my ADHD brain.
