  • Ugh Audio

Truly love the podcast and your book was so helpful after I first got diagnosed. For some reason Tracy - your audio often sounds blurred/obstructed with background fuzzy noise, and your guests audio always sounds like a high quality podcast audio would sound. Would suggest looking into fixing your audio as it does ruin the listening experience a bit!!

  • So many resources in one podcast

Tracy just by herself gives amazing ideas and resources on managing ADHD and using it to your advantage, the people she brings on has really helped me realize my potential that I was too busy masking all the time. I hope Tracy never stops making podcasts because I just applied to law school and as someone who was always told I couldn’t focus and couldn’t make it, her podcast has shown a new light to ADHD. ❤️ I started with her book and the podcast is an excellent listen also.

  • Lots of talk

Not a lot of actual ideas about adhd. I’ve listened for 15 min and she’s talked about herself her housing issues and birds and it seems like a brunch story, not a podcast.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

EP. 384: ADHD Women Were Never Meant to Work Like This with Meghan French Dunbar
Q: Wonderful. What we always do here is we talk about our ADHD diagnosis story first. Would you mind sharing yours?
Meghan describes late diagnosis in 2020 after a high-achieving, burnout-filled career, followed by a shift to a meaningful, purpose-driven path, including writing a book and building an AI-assisted operating system for her workflows.
EP. 382: What’s Really Behind RSD? with Dr. Shawn Horn Pt 2
Q: What can people do to heal or manage these experiences?
Name and educate about shame and RSD, practice a shame-free mindset, and use nervous-system-regulation tools (breathing, movement, face-to-face connection) to down-regulate before engaging thinking processes.
EP. 382: What’s Really Behind RSD? with Dr. Shawn Horn Pt 2
Q: How does ADHD interact with shame and RSD in women specifically?
ADHD features—a sensitive nervous system and slower developing executive functions—make women more susceptible to social judgment, leading to stronger, more frequent shame responses and complex coping patterns.
EP. 374: You Don’t Need One System. You Need 100 with Dani Donovan
Q: What inspired the shift from a traditional planner to the Anti-Planner, and how did you map the executive dysfunction framework?
She explains that a single-tool planner fails to address ADHD needs, leading to the concept of 100+ tools organized by emotional states (stuck, overwhelmed, unmotivated, disorganized, discouraged). This allowed her to design a usable, adaptable system rather than a rigid plan.
EP. 374: You Don’t Need One System. You Need 100 with Dani Donovan
Q: What was your first job after college and how did ADHD show up in that early career phase?
Dani shares starting as an art director for a weight-loss company, juggling multiple roles, battling perfectionism, late starts caused by personal losses, and learning to adapt to flexible hours that finally allowed her to perform at her best.
