I found this podcast 3 months ago. It has changed my life. I have found my people and I have found validation. I am devouring content- and using the tools that the guest and the host talk about. You don't have to "suffer" from adhd to benefit from this podcast. If u have it listen to it. If you don't have adhd you know and love someone that does.
