  • So many resources in one podcast

Tracy just by herself gives amazing ideas and resources on managing ADHD and using it to your advantage, the people she brings on has really helped me realize my potential that I was too busy masking all the time. I hope Tracy never stops making podcasts because I just applied to law school and as someone who was always told I couldn’t focus and couldn’t make it, her podcast has shown a new light to ADHD. ❤️ I started with her book and the podcast is an excellent listen also.

  • Lots of talk

Not a lot of actual ideas about adhd. I’ve listened for 15 min and she’s talked about herself her housing issues and birds and it seems like a brunch story, not a podcast.

  • Thank you for being vulnerable

I just listened to your solo cast on the stories we tell. I wanted to thank you for opening up and sharing that really awful email you received as well as your experience with Reddit and the truth behind it. I know that must’ve been uncomfortable to share, and I also know that a lot of our growth comes from those uncomfortable moments - right on the edge. I was so touched by the way you responded to the email that it actually made me tear up a little (although full caveat I am perimenopausal lol... more

  • Long over due five star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tracy, I’ve been listening to your podcast for at least five years now. Your story and the stories of other women have made the biggest difference in my confidence. Like many, I wasn't diagnosed until I was 38 years old. I was experiencing extreme burnout and depression from all the years I spent comparing myself to neurotypical people and shaming myself for not being able to keep up. Listening to your podcast has given me the courage to unmask and lean in to my authentic self. What an incredibl... more

  • The podcast I didn't know I needed

I found this podcast during one of the hardest seasons of my life. As a woman with ADHD who spent years masking and performing her way through a medical career, hearing Tracy talk to women who actually get it made me feel less alone for the first time. The conversations here aren't surface level. They go to the places most people are afraid to talk about. This podcast made me braver about telling my own story.

EP. 374: You Don’t Need One System. You Need 100 with Dani Donovan
Q: What inspired the shift from a traditional planner to the Anti-Planner, and how did you map the executive dysfunction framework?
She explains that a single-tool planner fails to address ADHD needs, leading to the concept of 100+ tools organized by emotional states (stuck, overwhelmed, unmotivated, disorganized, discouraged). This allowed her to design a usable, adaptable system rather than a rigid plan.
EP. 374: You Don’t Need One System. You Need 100 with Dani Donovan
Q: What was your first job after college and how did ADHD show up in that early career phase?
Dani shares starting as an art director for a weight-loss company, juggling multiple roles, battling perfectionism, late starts caused by personal losses, and learning to adapt to flexible hours that finally allowed her to perform at her best.
EP. 374: You Don’t Need One System. You Need 100 with Dani Donovan
Q: Wow. I always like to start with our guest ADHD diagnosis story first because it really helps us connect. Would you mind sharing yours?
Dani describes not being diagnosed until college, initially resisting ADHD labels due to stereotypes, and then later recognizing ADHD symptoms in herself as she encountered clinicians who helped her connect patterns in her thinking and energy with her daily life.
EP. 371: When the Problem Isn’t You - It’s the System with Stephanie Ray
Q: What were the circumstances around your ADHD diagnosis?
Stephanie was diagnosed with ADHD in her early 30s, after struggling with inattentiveness and task initiation during law school. She sought help from a therapist who helped her explore her symptoms.
EP. 370: When You Flip Your Lid: How to Let the Glitter Settle with Lyndsay Morris, M.ED.
Q: What is your number one ADHD workaround?
