  • Why have I never heard any of this?

    I have read lots of books by ADHD professionals, read ADD magazines, etc. and have not heard any of this information in just one podcast! I just found Tracy and as a 65 year old ADHD woman, I am excited to hear her information.

  • Great resource for the newly diagnosed!

    I never suspected that I might have ADHD, even after hearing other women share about their late in life diagnosis. But by the time I figured it out and had multiple rounds of testing I had what I call ADHD AF. 😂

    I’m just a few months into understanding what this means for me and this has been a really great resource for learning how other women use it to their advantage. I’ve never for a minute wanted to consider it a flaw.
