Interesting content but there was so much noise in the foreground (rustling papers or something?) that I had to stop listening.
I listen to this podcast all the time and really value the insights. I do wish there were more episodes focused on adults with ADHD. I was recently diagnosed and am navigating this new experience, so it would be incredibly helpful to learn through this resource.
I also appreciate the focus on younger ADHDers—especially since I have a child with ADHD—but a mix of both adult and youth perspectives would be wonderful.

I’ve been following ADDitude for over a year, but I’ve only managed to finish two or three episodes. It’s not for lack of interest—I really want this information—but the long run times are overwhelming, and even when I do listen, I struggle to stay engaged. My mind drifts because the pacing feels dull. For a podcast aimed at neurodivergent listeners, the format doesn’t match the audience. I keep wishing for something with the same depth of information but presented with the energy and accessibil... more
As a mom living with ADHD and having a daughter with ADHD, there are great strategies to help navigate. The only reason I am giving it 4 ✨ is because of the audio quality sometimes.
Audio is absolutely the worst I’ve heard on any podcast, but the content has been more meaningful than any other as well. With the exception of a few directly contradicting episodes (supplements do nothing for ADHD, supplements absolutely work for ADHD!) this show is amazingly helpful. The audio does make me want to punch something very hard though. It’s just that bad.

This show centers ADHD across life stages, mixing clinical insight with practical strategies for adults with ADHD and parents navigating ADHD in children. Episodes frequently tackle sleep and circadian rhythm, executive function, relationships, parenting, organization, and productivity, often featuring researchers, clinicians, and experienced hosts who translate complex science into actionable tips. A notable draw is the blend of rigorous expert perspectives with relatable personal stories, plus guest coaches and clinicians who offer tangible frameworks (e.g., learning conversations, goal-setting for ADHD, and adaptive CBT approaches). The format as a webinar archive means conversations are information-dense and evidence-forward, with empha... more
