  • Helpful for Kids and Adults

As a mom living with ADHD and having a daughter with ADHD, there are great strategies to help navigate. The only reason I am giving it 4 ✨ is because of the audio quality sometimes.

  • Life changing content, life ending audio

Audio is absolutely the worst I’ve heard on any podcast, but the content has been more meaningful than any other as well. With the exception of a few directly contradicting episodes (supplements do nothing for ADHD, supplements absolutely work for ADHD!) this show is amazingly helpful. The audio does make me want to punch something very hard though. It’s just that bad.

  • Episode 549 has dangerous opinions

This is not science backed information on how to lose weight or what a healthy diet is. Take all this information with a grain of salt.

  • Sleep Disorder Episode

The amount of times overeating, weight gain and obesity is mentioned is absurd. People struggling with ADHD and sleep are having an extremely difficult time with so many other things, and we shouldn’t be focused on lack of sleep causing overeating. Why are we so obsessed with weight? I need help a with sleep so that I can do my job, focus, do hobbies that I love, regulate my emotions, walk my dog, etc, etc. Overeating should not the focus here.
