  • Interesting, concise

Content is good. One of the hosts mumbles a lot, it’s hard to understand him. I had to rewind back multiple times to get what he says.

  • The Mmmhmm, yeah, yep is distracting

I am so interested in this subject matter and several of the specific subjects. But, as a fellow ADHD’r, I can not tune out the constant Mmm-hmmm, yep, yeah and the host interrupting. Every one of those requires my brain to try to refocus on the guest.

  • It’s a winner! A Research based podcast

I was looking for local podcasts to learn more about my own experience of ADHD as a late (54) diagnosed human I found this and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Skye (okay NZ counts as local to me in Aus!).

  • Great insight

I have just started listening to this podcast. Great insight. I have ADHD and I am constantly working to improve and correct behaviors with non critical care toward myself. Boy is that hard, yet key. Thank you for information that assists in growth.

  • Great content but

I wish I could hang on and listen to the whole episode. But there were too many “mhm”s by the interviewer and I couldn’t get past that after 8 minutes of the show. I made it through one short full episode but the other one was brutal to my brain. I even tried reading the transcript but I have other things on my to-do list to procrastinate on.

How To Turn ADHD Into Your Company's Biggest Asset (with Craig Ballantyne)
Q: Tell me about when ADHD is something you might struggle with first crossed your path?
Craig explains that while he never received an ADHD diagnosis, he observed that many entrepreneurs have ADHD tendencies. He notes that leaning into these traits and turning ADHD into a strength—through discipline, focus, and systematized workflows—can liberate rather than hinder performance.
Why ADHD Labels Can Hold You Back (with Nir Eyal)
Q: How do you feel about your ADHD identity and the identities people take on around neurodivergence?
Identity can be both helpful and limiting. It can provide community and clarity, but turning a diagnosis into a fixed identity can limit growth. The key is to use the diagnosis as a map, and keep beliefs flexible and open to revision based on evidence and experience.

Q: What were Brandon's early ADHD-related struggles, and how did they shape his career path?
Brandon describes difficulties in school, being labeled, and how the environment contributed to his struggles, followed by a pivotal shift when he found meaningful work in construction and started to build confidence through hands-on mastery and later entrepreneurship.
