I have just started listening to this podcast. Great insight. I have ADHD and I am constantly working to improve and correct behaviors with non critical care toward myself. Boy is that hard, yet key. Thank you for information that assists in growth.
I wish I could hang on and listen to the whole episode. But there were too many “mhm”s by the interviewer and I couldn’t get past that after 8 minutes of the show. I made it through one short full episode but the other one was brutal to my brain. I even tried reading the transcript but I have other things on my to-do list to procrastinate on.
As someone with ADHD, I’m so frustrated with this show. I really am interested in the subject, and wish they’d get around to it now and then.
Love love love this podcast. So friendly and supportive, and really great topics are covered. The time blindness one felt like it was written for me - love all the things they cover and have gained so much helpful info from this podcast. Keep up the great work!
