  • Thank you!

I’m so grateful to have this information - this is so necessary because the medical establishment isn’t prepared to help women like me navigate menopause effectively. We need to advocate for ourselves until the old method of ignoring women’s issues is left in the dustbin of history. What an amazing podcast.

  • Good listen

I’ve started to listen to this, and I’m enjoying it, but I really wish people could talk about migraines and perimenopause because I have suffered with hormonal migraines all my life and they are currently getting worse. I’d like to know a little bit more about HRT with migraines because some doctors say it can help and some say it can make them worse. It would just be nice if we could have a podcast about this issue.

The irony of having to listen to episode 248 multiple times and counting due to brain fog, so that I can try to explain it to my employer when necessary

  • Thank you

There is so little information and understanding of menopause. Menopause has had the single biggest negative impact on my life. It’s also something not recognized. I have never in my life been a drinker and now I’ve had to go to the doctor for medication to get me off alcohol dependence. I am disgusted in myself. I’ve disappointed my children but it was my way of dealing with the depression anxiety self loath. Thank you for being a warrior for the rest of us
