  • I tried

I did. But it’s just more high street psychology. The latest one on boundaries - kept waiting for the guest to actually say something. Truth is the only thing she was saying was me me me - Buy my book for more ideas you can find everywhere. Sigh. The host - yet another high octane uber successful individual trying to sell us the idea she’s just like you and me. Likes being earnest for an hour now that’s she’s getting on a bit and gaining some reflection.

  • Some great guests and difficult conversations

Really fabulous guests, most of which have been very engaging. I have found some conversations to be very close to home, prompting hard internal discussions but really insightful and has actually helped me understand some of my own issues. Only one critique is Davina does sometimes talk over her guest, and that it can be jarring for listeners.
