  • Jamie Oliver health campaign rubbish

So frustrated with Jamie Oliver’s health campaign. I went to his cafe in Oxford street John Lewis. Everything was full of sugar, no health alternatives used- maple syrup, coconut sugar etc… And when I ordered the fresh health juice I asked why it was comping out a bottle. It was a shop bought, sugar filled juice…

Great interview! Absolutely love Spencer and his attitude to life! What an inspirational person he is! Such a true example of how someone can turn their life around! I can’t even comprehend the enormity of project 7! Unbelievable! He seems such a nice guy! He was in front of me at Glastonbury last year with his gorgeous wife and I was completely star struck!! Wishing him and his family all the success and happiness they deserve! Another great interview Davina x

I also love the guests, and I hope 2026 brings even more authenticity and inspiring stories from people who have begun again, particularly in midlife. There are so many of us in midlife who have changed our l... more
