I really tried to like this podcast. I really wanted to. But the amount of misinformation and kowtowing to unproven and sometimes extreme “information“. And I’m sorry anybody who thinks they have a biological age of 35 in their mid 60s is just delusional.
Prime example of non evidence based medicine. Also, please stop touting Cgm monitors for those without type 1 diabetes. How someone is making money from all their own opinion on solo episodes really makes me angry. Go ask a doctor if you really want advice and help about what may enhance your life and body.
I tried to listen to the PMS episode but had to switch it off as the interviewer never really gave time for the guest to properly answer any questions, often interrupting them or asking a new question before the previous one had been answered. Really frustrating!
I used to use Liz’s products (then I realised she’d sold the company so I went far more natural with another, smaller one) I always believed her to be an advocate of natural health - now I’m not so sure; I tried to listen to the episode with Gaby Logan and although they’re easy to listen to, it felt like one long brainwash for HRT. I guess that this isn’t the podcast for me but there’s plenty of others to listen to and I’m sure this will be a favourite for many in the social media era. As a soci... more
