    I love your podcast. Have been listening to it since you first started - it was a life saver for me during some pretty tricky peri-menopausal years as it made me realise I wasn’t alone in how I was feeling. I’m now out the other side, still on HRT and now a menopause & nutrition coach helping other women. Your podcast was one of my biggest inspirations for starting this whole new chapter of my life. Keep doing what you’re doing!
