  • Perplexing

Lovely women and an enjoyable listen but why re-run the episode with Raynor Wynn at peak “Salt Path” fame? Surely since she has been discredited as a thief and her story as largely fraudulent, this is an episode that needs to be deleted rather than replayed?

Q: What should women consider as they head into perimenopause?
Women should focus on listening to their bodies and understanding that hormone replacement therapy can protect long-term health, beyond just alleviating symptoms.
Nuala McGovern: how she landed the Woman’s Hour top job & her meet cute love story
Q: What do you intend to bring to the role of Woman's Hour?

Nuala McGovern: how she landed the Woman’s Hour top job & her meet cute love story
Q: How does it feel to be on the other side of the microphone?
I think it's harder, if I'm completely honest. I think there's a reason, perhaps, that I went the role of interviewer than interviewee.

Q: What does self-care look like for you now?
I'm focused on connecting with my higher power through meditation and learning to take care of myself, which is a big job.
Eat Pray Love author Elizabeth Gilbert on addiction, loss, co-dependency, love, grief and rage.
Q: How do you feel about all that? And how do we deal with it?
I feel that my aging face is like a meditation, reminding me of the nature of life. I choose honesty and rebel against societal standards of beauty.
