A fantastic podcast full of insights and humour
I love your podcast. Have been listening to it since you first started - it was a life saver for me during some pretty tricky peri-menopausal years as it made me realise I wasn’t alone in how I was feeling. I’m now out the other side, still on HRT and now a menopause & nutrition coach helping other women. Your podcast was one of my biggest inspirations for starting this whole new chapter of my life. Keep doing what you’re doing!
I absolutely love the banter between these 2 ladies. No other podcast presenters can bring across great topics on all sorts of day to day struggles with such humour. They have a certain kind of chemistry & way about them that no one can copy. Love their podcast so much. Love when they bring out a new episode 💖 2 fab ladies 💖
Glad to know I’m not alone with the joys of perimenopause. Down to earth relatable hosts with interesting guests and a good range of topics. Facebook group also super supportive.
