Just come across Gabby Logan’s podcasts that cover such a broad spectrum with the underlying theme of mental and physical health and well being. Love them! Gabby is such a lovely and enthusiastic host. Some learnings are already wending their way into my life.
I really enjoy this podcast and find the guests interesting but sadly I am put off by far too many ads.
