I did Zoe for about a year and a half. There is much good about it but also became something that was for people who had the money to pay for their app. I was disappointed that when I left I was unable to access the things I had designed for myself during my time there. I also have a main complaint that I am allergic to tree nuts and never got a satisfactory answer to why many of the recipes I got had a large amount of nuts. Once one of my favorites and very helpful in general knowledge, but falling off. I actually don’t mind the host’s “interruptions” - I think he’s trying to make scientific talk user-friendly for the layman, although I agree it can be overdone at times (he says “Amazing - I’ve never heard that before” a lot). Please slow the speech down !!! It’s bizarre at how fast everyone is talking…hard to listen to, it’s not normal speech.

Certainly there is some good information on some of the podcasts, but in the end, it really is about selling their products. Not unlike “big food”. So bear that in mind if you listen. I’ll stick with Michael Pollan’s advice from 20+ years ago, “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.”
