  • Vital information, occasionally inconsistent advice

The information provided is great and I’m very grateful for this free podcast. Where it could improve for me would be Dr Chattergee bringing more of his own expertise to make podcasts more well rounded and consistent. For example Dr Mark Hyman’s one was all about testing and everything being ‘simple’. In my view he used quite harmful phrases such as being ‘in shape’ and ‘out of shape’, zero mention of the emotions that can sit behind overeating or the huge time factor involved in all the monitor... more

  • Brilliant, Should be compulsory

A calm, generous, thoughtful, honest, informed and useful summary covering most subjects. ( I wish he was my doctor instead of the inattentive one I have.)

The ‘Bitesize’ episodes are useful if lots of requests for ‘trending’ previous subjects, I would guess, otherwise you would have to scroll through the 500 odd brilliant episodes. All great to refer to if issues arise.

Thank you for what you do.
