  • Dr Jenna Macchioci

What a wonderful podcast episode. Fascinating insight into biology, sense of self and mortality. All spoken of in the warmest, lilting voice of Dr Jenna. Voices make such a difference generally, but especially on a podcast and her voice drew me in. I’ve pre-ordered the paperback version of her book.

Dr Amir Levine’s discussion on attachment was so liberating for me to listen to as opposed to what used to seem so fixed and constricting. Thanks for creating this thought provoking episode

I love the topics covered but l wish the presenter would give his guests more space to speak about their topics rather than constantly talking about homeself
