  • Interesting, with a sprinkle of hysteria

    One of the better pop-health podcasts. Some guests are genuinely brilliant — Helen Hall, for example, or Chris VT — here’s the very clear and understandable info, do what you want with it. Some are hysterical and click baity — ‘you must’, before you die early. Feels like a dip into a Hollywood wellness party with a few rational people in the corner.

    I regularly listen to Dr Chatterjee’s podcasts and some I have saved and listen to more than once. They have got me to think differently about life and choices I make, spirituality, behaviour patterns, how I look at life. The biggest change is I thought I would be on antidepressants for the rest of my life, through one of the episodes and then buying and reading a book recommended on it I have not online come off of them completely (after reducing my dose slowly & safely) but I feel more positiv... more
