I can honestly say that DR chatterjee has changed my life . His guests are inspiring . Thank you .
I always enjoy your podcast and am a long time listener. I felt like you really fell short though on the episode of how need people to engage in the arts and creativity for increased well-being. When you talked about people into their 60’s, 70’s etc you said for them to appreciate their grandchildren? This is so reductionist and cliche? What a wonderful podcast episode. Fascinating insight into biology, sense of self and mortality. All spoken of in the warmest, lilting voice of Dr Jenna. Voices make such a difference generally, but especially on a podcast and her voice drew me in. I’ve pre-ordered the paperback version of her book.
Fabulous and thought provoking. Will be buying Jenna’s book for sure.
Dr Amir Levine’s discussion on attachment was so liberating for me to listen to as opposed to what used to seem so fixed and constricting. Thanks for creating this thought provoking episode
