  • 55 years now getting diagnosed!

I am currently being diagnosed. The other day I lost my phone AGAIN! This time I left it on the bumper of my vehicle and drove away at grocery store. I had to call my daughter to call it and thankfully someone found it! This has happened so many times. I love your pod cast and listening to your book small talks. Thank you, I have lived with depression and felt so alone, I have been misdiagnosed forever. I feel like I am finally getting off the crazy train.♥️

  • I feel seen

The openness, vulnerability and care Rich and Rox speak to each other is life goals. I feel seen listening to the challenges Rox faces with ADHD and appreciate the understanding Rich shows. I use examples of how he speaks with Rox as how I would feel supported by my partner. Thank you for giving me hope!

Have just listened to the burnout episode and so needed that about 5 years ago when I was considering leaving my job. I didn’t listen to myself and slogged another 5 years. I burnt out and left anyway due to it. What a way to spend 5 precious years. Your words are the wisest I have heard on this and the subjects covered so far I have listene... more
