  • Relationships episode

This episode in particular but also you both in general, are so relatable. Rich, i admire your patience, perspective and kindness. Every ADHD-er needs these qualities in their partner. Been listening from day one. As a recently late diagnosis of combined ADHD, this is actually helping me accept and understand my brain.

Born in 87’ so definitely fall in the late bloomers bracket. I love the honesty and the love between you. Thanks for making me laugh, almost cry (can’t do that when I’m driving)

    Much love R

  • ADHD and relationships episode

This episode is so relatable, especially as I am an ADHD whose husband is suspected ASD… really resonate on the anger thing… I am the exact same, if my husband is angry (near me not at me) I go into fight or flight and also feel super scared - also exact same thing about sometimes hiding things for fear of him getting angry. He is the kindest gentlest man, and he does not scare me… but the anger… I sometimes wonder if it is something just around male anger being generally scary for women? Anyway... more
