I joke when I say it’s cheaper than therapy. Genuinely though, I don’t very often leave reviews but if you haven’t invested in Rich and Rox, you need to. This podcast goes hand in hand with TikTok’s, their books and their app. But equally, it’s enjoyable on its own. They are my all time favourite duo on the internet and I’ve been part of the gang for a while…I discovered them back in 2022 on TikTok, not long after my little girl was born and I found myself laughing at videos about Roxs adhd beca... more
The dude in this is always needing validation and it is exhausting. We never really hear what she thinks. I really wanted to like this
I first encountered Rich & Rox on TikTok. And I instantly felt seen! Finally! When they released the podcast I couldn’t wait to listen. It’s open, honest, and I’ve learnt a lot. They have taught me that’s it’s ok not to be “perfect”. And how to communicate better with people I care about. Probably most importantly for me, it’s easy to follow. I tend to zone out, but they keep my attention.
So much love, humor and wisdom
Fun, honest, relatable. Makes me happy every time. They always seem to nail the issue, whatever it may be. Encouraging!
