  • Cheaper than therapy but yknow…still go to therapy. A brilliant podcast by a brilliant duo.

I joke when I say it’s cheaper than therapy. Genuinely though, I don’t very often leave reviews but if you haven’t invested in Rich and Rox, you need to. This podcast goes hand in hand with TikTok’s, their books and their app. But equally, it’s enjoyable on its own. They are my all time favourite duo on the internet and I’ve been part of the gang for a while…I discovered them back in 2022 on TikTok, not long after my little girl was born and I found myself laughing at videos about Roxs adhd beca... more

  • I feel seen!

I first encountered Rich & Rox on TikTok. And I instantly felt seen! Finally! When they released the podcast I couldn’t wait to listen. It’s open, honest, and I’ve learnt a lot. They have taught me that’s it’s ok not to be “perfect”. And how to communicate better with people I care about. Probably most importantly for me, it’s easy to follow. I tend to zone out, but they keep my attention.
