This episode is so relatable, especially as I am an ADHD whose husband is suspected ASD… really resonate on the anger thing… I am the exact same, if my husband is angry (near me not at me) I go into fight or flight and also feel super scared - also exact same thing about sometimes hiding things for fear of him getting angry.
