Love the honesty & vulnerability shared by Rox & Rich on their Podcast (and online posts). Have found a deeper understanding of ADD, autism & how it affects self.
I love listening to this so much! I can relate to Rox quite a bit. So many similarities. The one similarity that comes to mind was when Rox had said in a video “I don’t watch the Olympics.” Meaning if the athletes performed badly, she would feel their emotions. I am the same way! I’ve never known anyone else that has felt so deeply. Thanks for helping me to realize I’m not alone. 😊
I appreciate that Rich and Rox are so willing to share the personal amd vulnerable parts of themselves so that I can be better!
