My parter found Rich & Rox on TikTok and would always send me their videos because she has ADHD. It would help guide us and understand each other better. I’m a lover of a podcast and I’m so glad I found LATE BLOOMERS. I listen while I’m in the car and I find myself agreeing out loud and it’s like a big sigh of relief to know I’m not the only one who thinks a certain way or has certain feelings. My partner and I wouldn’t have the relationship we do without rich and row. We are celebrating our 5 y... more
Looking for those show notes about those cool ear plugs. Can’t find them here… I listen to all your episodes and love them x
Just got my diagnosis (Audhd), three days ago after 41 years of not thriving… the best part of that, is the both of you! So much love and best wishes from “down under…” keep the content coming… i... more
Mum of an ADHD teen kid (prob ADHD too) and this pod is so great. I love that I can expose them to so much positive takes on ADHD now. He hears so much negative about it that this is joyful. And wonderful for me, working out how to guide and walk along with him. Thanks so much!

This podcast goes hand in hand with TikTok’s, their books and their app. But equally, it’s enjoyable on its own. They are my all time favourite duo on the internet and I’ve been part of the gang for a while…I discovered them back in 2022 on TikTok, not long after my little girl was born and I found myself laughing at videos about Roxs adhd beca... more
