  • Thank you!

Thank you for this podcast! You both have such soothing voices to listen to and bring up such important issues surrounding ADHD. I am the parent to a young ADHD child and partner to an ADHD adult-neither of whom are medicated. So much of what you talk about resonates with our family. As a supportive parent and partner I am the lead on learning, researching and understanding ADHD. As you mention ADHD affects all aspects of your life-the same is true for our family. • Brilliant, relatable presenters and guests

I’ve already shared this podcast with a lot of my friends, so I’m doing a review here for people I don’t know - to encourage you to learn about ADHD via this brilliant podcast. While the hosts and wide ranging guests discuss adult ADHD it’s also been useful for me as a parent of an ADHD girl. The ying/yang of the two hosts is good and they just seem like really interesting people. I have learnt so much about ADHD from this podcast. I hope you do too. PS Please carry on making it!

Absolutely buzzing that this pod is back with new episodes. Sam and Katie have such a brilliant dynamic and the way they break things down is not only super insightful but also genuinely entertaining. I’ve missed their thoughtful deep dives and relatable chats and these new episodes are everything I hoped for and more. It’s so refreshing to hear nuanced and compassionate conversations about ADHD that don’t feel preachy or dry. Loving every minute and cannot wait for more.

  • An absolute gem

As a fellow neurodivergent person, I found this podcast to be an absolute gem. Sam and Katie's friendship shines through in every episode, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like you're sitting down for a cuppa with old friends. Their contrasting views on ADHD - Katie's optimism and Sam's pragmatism - offer a beautifully balanced perspective that resonates deeply with the rollercoaster experience of neurodivergence.

  • Useful to start with

The main thing that turns me off this podcast is the constant references to ADHD being a super power. It’s not, it affects ND individuals in so many ways. For some people it can be completely crippling and it’s rather disrespectful to make a nothing of these struggles. It’s frankly crass.
