  • This is really helping.

As a late-diagnosed queer man in his fifties with AuDHD with no clinical support I find this podcast a life-line. I am, however, so happy that charities like this are playing a vital role in helping people understand neurodivergence and the subsequent support that hopefully follows. I’m comforted knowing the conversations are happening now, even if there is a long way to go w... more

I’ve been listening for exactly a year thanks to my neurodivergent husband’s recommendation… The level of understanding I now have is incredible. I feel like I’m in a parallel and better universe than I was a year ago. It’s not just my partner I better understand it’s also many others around me and, likely, myself. I’m so grateful.

I just listened to the latest episode: Sam (Ben’s wife) and Ben’s 2nd interview…. This is my beyond thank you point. The level of vulnerability, utter bravery and i... more
