This is the only podcast dedicated to AuDHD that I listen to with, c-word warning: CONSISTENCY. That’s quite a feat. Mattia skilfully avoids several common trappings – packing in too much information, making it too stimulating or entertainment-focused. I always leave feeling more seen, better informed and calmer. Thank you for creating this brilliant resource!
Thanks Mattia ❤️
