  • Empowering, straightforward, no-nonsense. Facts not opinions.

I’m grateful for Alexis’ advice, especially around ADHD and its associated daily struggles.

When people casually claim they “have” ADHD, it undermines how much I struggle with my clinical diagnosis across every facet of my life. Alexis calls this out and provides actual steps on how to improve and get things together.

I first discovered her through Lucy & Nikki’s podcast: how she empowered herself to create a better life post breakup. She’s a wonderful example.

Thank you, Alexis, for combin... more

  • Word Wiskers Kill Attention

Ironic that a podcast about focusing would contain so many word whiskers that distracted from the topic.

I understand people curse, it happens. It might be a good episode to study ways to break out of the habit of word whiskers. I’m sure for some, cursing as word whisker is cool and edgy, but frankly it just sounds stupid and it’s distracting.

A shame because this podcast sounds interesting. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
