  • Thank you girls!

I was given a living inheritance and instead of going shopping I paid off my credit card, have an emergency fund and am inverting. I couldn’t have done this without listening to the pod.

  • Like hanging out with my best friends

Listening to this show I feel like I’m on the couch too, laughing at my own financial wins and woes. Victoria, Jess and Bec are so down to earth and wise about finances, they’d set any listener up for success. Thanks for the wisdom besties, it’s been life changing!

  • Wouldn’t recommend

I hoped this would be interesting conversion. I hoped that the women on this podcast would be insightful and helpful. But it’s literally just the cool girls saying “Babe” with financial conversation. No I would not recommend. Do not listen.

  • Used to love, now my ears hurt

The Money Diaries used to be a genuinely good listen. Now it feels like a weekly gathering of people who have discovered financial literacy and would like everyone to know about it.

The lack of diversity in stories is getting painful, the smugness is off the charts and humility appears to have been removed from the budget entirely. This week in particular was almost impressively obnoxious.

SOTM might be a decent entry point if your financial literacy starts and ends with “I should probably sav... more

  • Try to be more politically neutral

Used to love this podcast and I still want to, however the left wing speak becomes boring especially in this political climate and how much the labour government are trying to destroy our future prospects. I wish Victoria could be a little more self aware. Every podcast episode also seems to hate on ‘middle aged white men’ who are in fact the beloved fathers of most of your listeners. Have a little bit more respect
