  • Insufferable

I genuinely don't understand why the hosts feel the need to constantly use high-pitched voices, silly voices, and randomly switch accents. Can they just speak normally instead of acting childish? It's so overstimulating and distracting that I can't stay engaged. I had to stop listening because the delivery completely ruined the podcast for me. Such a shame, because the content could have been good if it was presented like an adult podcast instead of feeling like Play School.

  • Loved but not loud enough?

Loved the pod with Matilda! So insightful. My only fault would be that everyone sounded very quiet even with volume turned up. Will keep listening if this issue is fixed!! X

  • Love these two chickies.

The kind of podcast where you have to remind yourself you’re just a listener and not one of the hosts friends 😂

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Life Lessons On Radical Acceptance, Body Neutrality & Creativity
Q: Can you talk us through what happened and your diagnosis?
Aliyah recounts the sequence from a brand trip where numbness appeared, through medical visits, a brain scan, and a biopsy, culminating in the diagnosis of incurable high-grade brain cancer and the realization that her journey would involve ongoing treatment decisions and advocacy.
Life Lessons On Memory & Popcorn Brain With A Neuroscientist
Q: What are six hacks to learn faster?
Attention, alertness, sleep, repetition, breaks, and embracing mistakes to reinforce learning and memory formation.
Life Lessons On Skincare & Beauty Products Worth Your $$$
Q: Hannah, before we jump into it, can you tell us how did you get into beauty?
I got into beauty somewhat by accident while studying science and discovering I enjoyed explaining complex skincare concepts. I started posting skincare content on social media and found that explaining ingredients and how products work resonated with audiences, which led me to continue in the beauty field.
Life Lessons On Validation, Imposter Syndrome & Success ft. Grace Beverley
Q: What does a typical week look like for you, balancing multiple companies and a public profile?
There isn't a single routine; Grace describes segmenting her week by type of work, with explicit blocks for deep work, meetings on Tuesdays, content creation on Wednesdays, and back-to-back stakeholder touchpoints to keep multiple ventures aligned without bottlenecks.
Life Lessons On Validation, Imposter Syndrome & Success ft. Grace Beverley
Q: Grace, as we mentioned, you were aware of many hats. You've launched businesses, you have an incredibly successful podcast, but you studied music at Oxford, right? Did you always think that you were going to be launching businesses? Is this where you thought that you would end up?
No, I definitely didn't see entrepreneurship as a career path. I didn't have a clear direction and often sought the most impressive path, but over time I realized I could build something that aligned with my interests and values rather than chasing external validation.
