Back in the day, I would listen to you for hours while I travel. The running stories your guests would tell were inspiring and so much fun to listen to. Now all you talk about is equipment, nutrition, training, etc. While this is great, can you mix in some good old fashioned trail running experiences and stories? Thanks from a long time listener!
