  • Needs more diverse perspectives

Episode 748 was super tone deaf. It’s bizarre to talk about the history of the land and trails and hardly even touch on the history of indigenous people. It needs more than a mention. The host even asked about how the project had been received by native Americans and the guest barely registered the question. I have often felt that this podcast doesn’t cater to a diverse audience. • Got me through!

The latest episode was so inspiring to listen to as I ran my first half marathon ❤️🤗. I saved it so I could listen today and it was exactly what I needed. I am loving listening to your podcasts on my longer runs. Thanks for an awesome show.

  • Dangerous

Just started listening and decided to start with episode on discomfort. Your statements re ice bath are both dangerous and misleading. People should not use ice baths for more than a few minutes otherwise they risk potential nerve damage. In addition the strain of cold water shock can be a risk for people with heart conditions

I will not be listening again to such an ill informed and reckless podcast

  • Kudos and a question

Amazing episodes and they show light on many of the most important topics in running and being a better human.. thanks!!!

I am trying to find the episode where I listened about different trainings for muscle growth, strength and power. The invited expert spoke about the reps to do and at what effort levels etc. hard to find it again. Could you tell which episode it is? I heard few months back.
