    I get really concerned when “vanity” Is appealed to in order sell books. “High achievers” who chronically seek external validation and look at social media are in fact, garden variety insecure and anxious. It is INSUFFERABLE for a normal healthy actual high achiever ( without the vanity tag ) to be around people who whinge, compete look at social media like a teenager and seek praise.
