    Such a great podcast! I only discovered it recently once Danni shared on her Instagram that she had started it up again and I’ve loved every single episode. All of the subjects are really beneficial to listen to no matter your fitness background/experience - so informative, well structured and relevant. Can’t wait for future episodes and will definitely recommend it to people!
