  • Coaching and bants …

Love the podcast so much I signed up to the next round of the EC method to help me fix my all or nothing diet! Their approach to health and fitness really resonates with me and as an expat Brit I really miss the bants in the office so get my fill here. Love it.

  • Informative fun

I absolutely love listening to this podcast on my runs or walks. An hour-ish of info on mindset, nutrition, exercise and hilarious diversions. It’s like being part of a girls night out without the stress, awkwardness and hangover. They feel like they’re your besties and have got your back. I just love it!

  • Informative, understandable and bants

These girls are so knowledgeable, you understand so clearly many things they explain from their Q and A’s. I aways learn something with each podcast I listen to with them. It’s like 2 of your mates having a good chat about so many different aspects of fitness, diet etc but also I love the life random chat stuff as well. Well done ladies
