I have had a PT for over 4 years and wasn’t getting the results I wanted. I stumbled across EG fitness podcast and was hooked.I listened to their advice and input the advised non negotiable’s in to my day. Since then I’ve lost nearly 3 stone and reached my goal.
Thank you Chloe and Emma. Your conversations are both informative and funny. Anyone that’s struggling I would highly recommend!
Absolutely brilliant podcast, love these girls and their amazing knowledge, skills, insight and education. There are always brilliant tips and little gems to pick up to help me closer to my goals. However, more recently I’ve been struggling with the sound and the reverb and cutting out that happens. Only for split seconds here and there, but I’m hard of hearing and it can be difficult to follow points at times and i have to do quite a lot of rewinding to pick up the (awesome) points being made.
I’ve listened to a lot of health and fitness podcast and this is by far the best. It’s funny, informative and Chloe and Emma really care about getting the right information across and helping people to live their best lives while reaching their health and fitness goals!
I love the amazing EC methods coaches and family. I look forward to these two episodes every week 🥰
