  • Excellent and informative podcast - my new fav!

    I am loving this combo of Oli and Spencer, both really interesting and credible people. Oli’s wealth of knowledge is fascinating, he is really helping me learn on my wellness journey. I listen to all the podcasts in my Sunlighten sauna and both hosts really inspire me and encourage me to better myself each and every day. Totally 5 stars.

  • Advertising is a Priority

    I am not kidding - in the episode on alcohol the speaker was interrupted mid word by a commercial for a wine merchant followed by some nicotine product. I know this isn’t a charity but at least place the ads in a designated space and maybe even make them appropriate? Ads have taken over podcasting and this is a prime example of how irritating they can be. Unfollowing.
