    I was really excited to find this podcast, but gave up after 14 minutes when I got tired of listening to ads. Will try again in a few months to see if they change the format.

    I just love this podcast - great guests, great insights and sensible advice from two experienced elite runners , who are very relatable in terms of every day life too. Paula and Thommo bounce off each other so well, and Paula remains one of the most inspiring athletes in history . A real national treasure !
