You forget what Paula has achieved and how great she was. She really relates to all runners and makes this podcast brilliant. The guy tends to go off on a tangent and waffle quite a lot but overall one of the best podcasts around

Solid five stars running podcast, full of brilliant tips and camaraderie. (Please get rid / significantly reduce the volume of the TradeCentreUK adverts: so loud and piercing - so unnecessary - and has made me want to avoid TCUK at all costs).
Thank you so much, Paula and Thommo. It is a privilege to tune into your show! X
I was really excited to find this podcast, but gave up after 14 minutes when I got tired of listening to ads. Will try again in a few months to see if they change the format.
I just love this podcast - great guests, great insights and sensible advice from two experienced elite runners , who are very relatable in terms of every day life too. Paula and Thommo bounce off each other so well, and Paula remains one of the most inspiring athletes in history . A real national treasure !
