  • Overall great podcast!

Love this podcast! Everyone so often there’s a questionable guest, but most weeks it’s fantastic! Lots of good advice, and very inclusive and supportive of non-runners or beginner runners. Find Ben asks a lot more insightful questions than Anya does, but overall they’re a pretty fun pair, and I love their attitudes!

Grant Fisher: Behind The Scenes of an Olympian's Half Marathon Debut
Q: What mindset strategies do you rely on when facing big goals or setbacks?
Fisher emphasizes a resilient mindset built from past setbacks, using hard days to strengthen mental toughness, planning decisions before races to avoid on-the-fly debates, and valuing progress and consistency over chasing perfect results.
