When most people think of Usain Bolt, they see the medals, the world records, the effortless dominance. But his journey wasn’t built on winning, it was built on losing.
At the Athens Olympics in 2004, Bolt crashed out in the first round. It was a pa... more

As a Wrexham fan I, sadly, had to break the Humphrey Ker pod into 3 sittings. Not because of the guest, but the presenter.
I believe that high performance generally goes hand in hand with high impact.
I laughed too Damian, when HK recalled telling Reynolds that he’ll get called a C by a disgruntled fan when his children are in earshot. I also laughed throughout which didn’t happen often from the presenter.
Flat, dull, and hoping to have my mind changed, and the rating I have just posted.
I used to love this podcast, but now it’s got mixed up, I enjoyed the Jake and Damian dynamic with guests, but now there are series of out takes with Damian’s opinion and now a producer giving an opinion, I don’t care…
Along with now having to wait for the good interview unless you go through the website.
Please get back to where you were. Less is more!
Unfortunately this pod has become less and less accessible. A recent ep saying “£20m in a bank account and still depressed” says it all
Looks like a high performance podcast featuring men only
One of my favorites to this day is Matthew McConaughey’s podcast. Authentic, genuine guy with a clear view of what he wants and eloquently explains how to get there. Big fan of High Performance and their lovely guests. Looking forward to you guys bringing on John Terry after hearing the John Obi Mikel pod! Thanks for all you guys do and looking forward to the great listens ahead. Currently listening to the awesome, relatable Carlos Saenz
