  • My early hour commute companion

Some of the most recent interviews stood out as some of the best in my opinion: the Jo Malone and Ian Graham of LFC ones.

I find podcasts are some of the best sources of both learning and escapism.

  • Brilliant

    Brilliant show! Love them all!

Podcast content couldn’t be better. If being critical there are just far too many adverts though!! Each podcast starts with an ad.. and then more every 10 mins or so! It’s a bit much!

  • Jake is awful

Why is Jake on here his whiny creepy voice ruins it, what would he ever know about high performance? This show would be so much better with out him

  • More Women Please!

I love this podcast, I have all their books too and absolutely love the whole premise. The only thing I would say is that I wish they had a more equal representation in men to women, I absolutely loved the episodes such as with Claire Williams and Denise Lewis.

  • Excellent podcast with Paul Levesque. Extremely impressive individual and I think it would have been eye opening to non wrestling fans just how impressive he is.
