4.7 out of 5 stars from 9.2k ratings
  • Excellent podcast

Below was my review during the first COVID lockdown. I used to absolutely love it and had it down as 5 stars. The volume of advertisements now makes the show unbearable which is a great shame considering the quality of guests from multiple fields. Remove or at least reduce the adverts and I will listen again. Until then, it is down to 2 stars for me.

Listened to 3 now. RVP, Rio and Poch and thoroughly enjoyed each of them. As a teacher of PE, I will be directing a lot of pupils towards these to... more

  • Warriormumma Reviews

Enjoyable podcasts: some less than obvious interviewees that are curated well. I do believe the adverts are excessive, recognise it needs to be funded. Perhaps there’s a more creative way to fund/advertise? With pre-recorded ads by the companies rather than voiced by Jake? Nonetheless, I’m enjoying these, so thanks!

  • Too many ads

This was once a standout podcast. Over commercialised now and the amount of things Jake endorses and reads the ads for is questionable. To me it comes across as disingenuous.

  • To much talking from presenters

Such a shame when you have such high class guests and the presenters talking more than them.
