A blessing to have come across this podcast! Love the insight Ashley offers as a competitor plus the technicalities from Adam and guests! Safe to say it’s helped me understand the world of bodybuilding so much more plus it’s a fun listen. Highly recommend!
Perfect blend of humor, education, and hard truths. I listen to the podcast weekly during cardio or housework. Adam and Ashley bounce off one another; each one has a unique outtake on life that complements the other.
