They full on admit to using Chat GPT and AI for coaching. People who use this team, what are you even doing?
I appreciate all the different perspectives and nitty gritty details. I can do without the female host who uses the phrase “ I feel like ….” Just stop saying “I feel like “ and make the statement. You lose credibility repeating that phrase time and time again.
Painful to listen to. The lack of professionalism is terrible. This is supposed to be helping the audience improve their fitness and health not an outlet for your bedroom preferences and anxiety. Please more practical and focused podcasts like the ones about training, eating right, mindset and competition not so much rambling.
The latest one on macros with Sarah & Ben was fantastic! Specific, practical ideas. I love all the simple tips like GHughes terriyaki & sweet chili sauce or freezing things to take when flying. Those may be common knowledge to bodybuilders but not something I have ever heard. There’s a different mindset among competitors that can be really helpful to lifestyle clients like me.
Sometimes I skip a lot of the show’s chit-chat trying to find actionable info. This episode sounded like there was an ... more
This show put words to my personal experience with body building. I started this sport when I was 55, and can’t believe it took me this long to find it! For my whole life, I’ve criticized my physique and tried to make it look like a cardio bunny. (Thin legs, waif like, some tone) likely because I’m a product of the 80’s. A practical, coach-led show focused on fitness coaching, competition prep, and navigating the bodybuilding scene. Episodes frequently cover division standards (bikini, fit model, pro cards), mindset, movement quality, judging feedback, and hands-on coaching tips for athletes aiming at long-term progression. A notable strength is the blend of technical coaching with real-world show-day logistics, post-show planning, and a community-oriented approach; occasional interviews with experienced athletes and experts add depth on nervous-system regulation, pregnancy fitness, and longevity in the sport. The format tends to favor actionable guidance for both competitive bodybuilders and lifestyle clients, with a recurring emphasis on sustainable progr... more
