Painful to listen to. The lack of professionalism is terrible. This is supposed to be helping the audience improve their fitness and health not an outlet for your bedroom preferences and anxiety. Please more practical and focused podcasts like the ones about training, eating right, mindset and competition not so much rambling.

Sometimes I skip a lot of the show’s chit-chat trying to find actionable info. This episode sounded like there was an ... more

Think super models😊Body building celebrates my curves, my bigger legs, my hourglass figure. It has become part of my identity, and I’ve only competed once. But I still consider... more
