    This is my absolute favorite podcast. You are inspiring, encouraging, and uplifting. My daughter is working hard to be a body builder and compete in her first show. She got me into powerlifting even though I’m in my 50’s. You share so much that benefits both of us. I know she listens to you too. I learned about your podcast from her.
