  • Hit and miss

    Some interesting content if you can get past the product-selling. Didn’t get into the subject matter outlined in the show episode summary until half-way Thru. The entire episode was only 32 minutes. So if you can get through the hard selling, some interesting content now and then . It would be great if the episodes could be time stamped with the subject matters so you can forward thru the stuff that holds absolutely no interest. Time is valuable. I don’t need to hear about the babysitter.

  • Love the content if you're patient enough to wait for it.

    I really want to support this podcast but I get so frustrated waiting for the information. Extremely long introduction with sponsor promotions , then once she says "let's get to the podcast " she then starts that by summarizing what's she's about to discuss. For example her 12/25/22 episode on PSMF and fat loss was about 52 minutes long. Didn't start with anything substantial until at least minute 17. Says things like "we'll talk about that" more

    I’m not keto or carnivore. In fact, I am mostly WFPB. I love the protein centric episodes. I refer to them often along with any weight loss and/or obesity specific episodes. I’ve learned so much from these protein experts. Thank you, Vanessa for putting together such an informative podcast.
