Kathryn, THANK YOU. I’m married to an army veteran for 46 years. He’s had struggles with sleep for a LONG LONG time (his story to tell). Well his story is a big part of my story and his lack of sleep was tough on us both. One of his VA docs heard about “Nothing Much Happens” so we tried it. AMAZING!!! Him, committing to a regular time to settle down and me reminding him, that he had committed to that time has made our lives so much better. I listen to all 3 of your podcasts:

I absolutely love this podcast and subscribed for a couple of years. Unfortunately I am not in a position to subscribe anymore and the podcast has essentially lost all use because the ads are so hard to tune out when I’m trying to fall asleep. I wish I could buy just one ad free story from this author/artist on another platform. I just can’t pay every month. Or I wish the ads were more soothing.
Thanks, Kathryn! I have had severe anxiety for five years now (most of my life, I’m eleven) and therefore if I tucked in at nine I would not be asleep until twelve, sometimes even one. But no longer! This helps so much! I’m even doing better in school because of it. Better sleep, better (I was going to say grades but really…) better everything. Thanks again!

There basically is no free version anymore if you want to actually sleep. It’s infuriating. I feel forced to pay for the subscription, and as a result I’m probably going to have to find a new sleep podcast. It’s a bummer. The content and delivery in this podcast is great... more
