I notice you make it to where it’s not that easy to fall asleep. But I do, even with the ads, so thanks for being relaxing but I want to listen to the stories!
Love this podcast (and the Nothing Much Happens sleep podcast!). It’s perfect for work. I’ll play the episode in the background and the host’s voice is just so calming. Great background noise. And nothing much happens so I’m not missing much if my attention is divided!
I adore everything Kathryn Nicolai does. My go to before bed, when I’m sick, when I’m anxious, etc etc. I just adore it all!
